Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Baga Beach Resort, I truly immersed myself in the coastal charm of Goa. Nestled right opposite the stunning Baga Beach, the location gets a 10/10 from me; I mean, who wouldn’t want easy access to sun, sand, and surf? While the resort wears its age, it’s surrounded by lush greenery, creating a lovely atmosphere, especially when enjoying the delicious multi-cuisine offerings at their in-house restaurant, ‘Matasaya. ’ I appreciated the clean and cozy rooms equipped with all the essentials—even a mini fridge for those late-night snacks! And shoutout to the front desk staff, who were polite and ready to assist with everything I needed. Just a tip for couples: if you're not into poolside chaos, opt for a quieter room away from the pool area. While there are places buzzing with nightlife nearby, this resort provides a serene retreat, making it a good catch for travelers with pets. Just a heads-up on parking—be ready to shell out around 300 a day, but the experience makes it worth it!
